SHIPPING INFORMATION
A design proof will be sent to you within 24-48 hours after personalization information is received. You must respond to the proof to finish processing your order.
Birth Announcements are processed within 24-48 hours with a waiver of the proof approval.
Shipping Rates:
Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail nationwide. You will never pay over 10.00 total shipping on our site.
Shipping is based on total amount of order.
$.01 - $5.00 = $5.00
$5.01 - $9.50 = $8.50
$9.51 and up = $10.00 flat rate shipping.
**If you order wrappers only and are charged more than 5.00, we will refund you the difference since wrappers ship in a flat rate USPS priority envelope for 5.00.**
International shipping is via USPS Priority Mail and is based on the total order amount. Shipping is calculated in the shopping cart upon checkout. Simply add the items to your cart and choose your country to get a shipping quote.
Returns & Cancellations
There is no charge for orders cancelled prior to proof approval and printing. After a proof has been approved and printing has started, there will be a 20.00 processing fee charged if an order that has not yet shipped is cancelled. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled. It is the customer's responsibility to look over the proof and approve it prior to printing.
